Founded by Joe East Sr., A-1 Locksmith began as a small family business built on hard work, craftsmanship, and a commitment to helping the local community. What started as a neighborhood locksmith shop quickly earned a reputation for dependable service and doing things the right way.
As North Texas grew, so did the demand for stronger security solutions. Over the decades, A-1 expanded beyond traditional lock and key services into commercial security, access control, safes, surveillance, and integrated security systems for businesses and organizations across the region.
That evolution continued with the growth of TurnKey Security, bringing advanced commercial integration and modern security technologies into the A-1 family while staying true to the values the company was founded on.
