The AMSEC SF7240 is meticulously designed to provide uncompromising protection for your firearms, valuables, and important documents at an economical price. The SF7240 is considered a wide-body safe, coming in at 40″ wide with the capacity to store up to 42 long guns.
Theft Protection:
The body of the SF7240 is constructed of 12 gauge steel with a 3/16″ solid steel plate door. This theft and fire-resistant gun safe from AMSEC is equipped with a robust 4-way bolt work system comprised of 14 massive 1-1/4″ round locking bolts to protect against pry-attempts. There are also four (4) anchor holes in the bottom of the safe that when used to bolt the safe down, will provide extra theft protection.
Fire Protection:
This safe offers excellent fire protection, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1200° for 60 minutes. The interior temperature of the safe will not exceed 350° for the duration of that initial 60 minutes of the fire.
